Project Samuh is an initiative focused on creating farmer groups and empowering them with sustainable agriculture management practices. Under this initiative, Sanmitra FPC provides the following services:
1. Training and Support: We offer training and hands-on support to help farmers efficiently manage their farm businesses and enhance their skills.
2. Input Supplies and Solutions: We provide essential inputs and proven solutions to boost productivity and improve soil fertility.
3. Agriculture Business Engagement and Market Linkages: We connect farmers with markets and offer business engagement services to ensure they achieve the best value for their produce.

Uday
Uday Solar Dehydration Unit
“Uday” is a solar dehydration unit established in Ahmednagar in 2022 in collaboration with S4S Pvt. Ltd. It’s the first decentralized model of its kind in the region.
Learning Site: Uday is an eco-friendly, innovative platform that offers sustainable agriculture business models to local farmer groups, individuals, and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) interested in agricultural processing.
Training and Support: Sanmitra provides hands-on training and support for the procurement, processing, and supply chain management of selected commodities.
Business Model: Sanmitra promotes a scalable business model at the regional level, providing proven solutions for economic growth and family-based livelihood options.
Project Performance:
Decentralized Unit: Uday is equipped with 40 fluidized bed dryers (FBD), 45 solar conduction dryers (SCD), and 7 cutter machines, with a processing capacity of 6 tonnes per day.
Dehydration Achievements: In the last two seasons, the unit successfully dehydrated 500 MT of onions and 50 MT of tomatoes.

Samruddhi
Project Samrudhi, in collaboration with KMCT and I Resoile, is dedicated to conserving biodiversity and protecting the environment to safeguard the health of our planet and the well-being of future generations. By adopting sustainable practices, engaging communities, and preserving our ecosystems, we aim to protect our natural resources and ensure ecological balance.
Tree Plantation and Monitoring:
– Promote widespread tree planting to restore and maintain biodiversity.
– Provide saplings and regularly monitor their growth to ensure long-term ecological benefits.
Organic and Sustainable Agricultural Practices:
– Encourage the use of organic farming methods that conserve soil and water.
– Promote the sustainable use of biological resources to preserve agricultural biodiversity.
Project Performance:-
Tree Distribution and Monitoring: In the last two sessions distributed 50,000 trees to farmers and are actively monitoring their growth.
Biogas Plant Installation:
Successfully installed 250 biogas plants for farmers, promoting the sustainable use of biological resources and preserving biodiversity.
